- - Responsibilities:
Engage with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences and upholding Pet Smart's vision, mission, values, and strategy.;
Greet pet parents and answer questions throughout the store and assist with online orders for in-store pickup.;
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, and assist with pet care and handling as required.;
Assist with pricing changes, promotions, and merchandising to meet sales floor standards.;
Support store activities across departments and participate in events and programs (e.g., adoption weekends, charity events) as needed.
