Lick Honest Ice Creams in College Station is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise front‑of‑house staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience that reflects the brand’s friendly, hometown spirit.
You will report to the Shop Manager, lead by example, enforce opening/closing procedures and cash handling, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and share knowledge about our flavors to engage guests while supporting the owner’s mission.
