As a Shift Leader at our Texas A&M store located at 505 University Drive, College Station TX 77840
, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It will also mean taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?- Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in our bakery.
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team adherence to company standards and procedures, and assisting in training and coaching team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, following safe food handling practices.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems.
- Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
