Merchandiser, Retail

Join Jacent Strategic Merchandising as a Merchandiser in our Retail Operations team, supporting impulse and everyday programs for leading retailers across North America. In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, resets, and display builds, ensuring on-shelf excellence, product availability, and compliance with retailer and brand standards. You'll visit a scheduled route of stores, manage your time independently, and use mobile tools to document work and share data.

Collaborating with store staff and Jacent leaders, you'll help optimize space, support promotions, and contribute to data-driven merchandising decisions while growing your retail operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising, resets, and display builds to planogram and brand standards
• Stock, rotate, and face product to ensure optimal on-shelf availability and presentation
• Capture required photos and documentation for compliance and data reporting
• Communicate with store management and Jacent leaders on priorities, issues, and opportunities
• Follow scheduled routes across assigned stores, managing time effectively
• Use handheld or mobile tools to check assignments, record work, and submit reports
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of all assigned fixtures and displays
• Identify merchandising and sales opportunities and share insights with the team
• Support new program launches, seasonal sets, and promotions
• Uphold Jacent's standards for customer service, accountability, and teamwork
