**** JOB SUMMARY
**** To acquire, develop and maintain relationships with our customers through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and excellent service.
**** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND

ACCOUNTABILITIES **
* ** Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.**
* ** Connects with customers in a friendly and meaningful way.**
* ** Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.**
* ** Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences, regardless of department or channel.**
* ** Use upselling techniques to increase store sales.**
* ** Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.**
* ** Courteously takes returns and offers options based on customer’s needs.**
* ** Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms returns merchandise to other departments)**
* ** Maintain a good working knowledge of the POS System and be able to ring up customer purchases.**
* ** Contributes to team effort by adhering to the company’s core values of Adaptability, Genuine Passion, Growth and Development, Integrity, Excellence together and Service.

**** FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS**
* ** Minimum High School or GED is required.**
* ** Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays, game days, graduations, ring day, special events.
**** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
* ** One Year progressively responsible retail or other service-related industry experience is preferred.
