The Retail Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in College Station, TX, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations and team leadership. This role helps drive sales performance by coaching team members, overseeing customer interactions, and ensuring an engaging and inclusive in-store experience. The Assistant Store Manager assists with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation standards that reflect the Kendra Scott brand.
Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and supervising team members, resolving customer issues, supporting store events and community-focused initiatives, and monitoring key metrics. The role collaborates closely with store leadership to implement company policies, uphold operational excellence, and create a positive, high-performance work environment.
