Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and key influencers throughout the territory
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within Central & Eastern Texas
- Deliver product education, training, and on-farm support to customers
- Collaborate with internal technical and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic territory management
- Dairy sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of the dairy industry (production, herd health, nutrition, or management)
- Self‑motivated with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
