Key Responsibilities- Respond to internet leads promptly and professionally
- Build rapport with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and digital communication
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right vehicles and next steps
- Provide accurate, helpful information regarding inventory, vehicle features, and availability What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A polished, professional presence and strong customer-service instincts
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking ability
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and improve
- Confidence using technology and everyday business software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and personal accountability
