In-Home Sales Representative

Pay: $80,000–$150,000+ per year (Commission-Based)

Texas Bath & Shower is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting new people, helping homeowners improve their homes, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, learn about their remodeling goals, and recommend bath and shower solutions that fit their needs and budget. You'll use our easy-to-use sales technology to create designs, present options, and close sales.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations
• Use our iPad-based sales system to design bath and shower projects
• Build customer relationships and provide outstanding service
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience is preferred; home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local area
• Basic computer and tablet skills
