Acquisitions / Vehicle Buyer

Allen Honda is looking for an experienced Acquisitions / Vehicle Buyer to join our team. This role is focused on finding, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles from customers and online sources. The right candidate will be confident making offers, following up with customers, and building trust with people who are considering selling their car.

• Make purchase offers on customer vehicles
• Follow up with customers who are interested in selling their car
• Search Facebook Marketplace and other available sources for vehicles to purchase
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the buying process
• Use company-provided tools, technology, and facility resources to identify and secure vehicle purchases
• Maintain accurate records of leads, offers, follow-ups, and purchased vehicles
• Work with the team to help source quality inventory

• Previous vehicle purchasing, acquisitions, buying, or related automotive purchasing experience is required
• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable negotiating and making offers
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to use online marketplaces and digital tools to search for vehicles
• Professional, organized, and dependable

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay is based on your ability to purchase vehicles. Allen Honda provides the tools, technology, and facility needed to help you succeed.
