As a Insurance Agency Producer, you'll work alongside a successful Farmers team, gain hands-on insurance sales and business management experience, and participate in the award-winning University of Farmers training program. This unique opportunity allows you to learn the business from the inside while building an opportunity for agency ownership.

Base compensation is 30, yearly plus commission

• Work directly with an established Farmers team
• Develop insurance sales and customer service skills primarily over the phone
• Learn agency operations, marketing, and business management
• Build experience in prospecting, relationship building, and client retention
• Participate in professional development through University of Farmers training
• Progress through production and performance milestones designed to prepare you for agency ownership

• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses - licensing assistance available
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Prior Sales Experience.
