Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC), with a mission to honor and serve older adults as an expression of Christ’s love, does so in part by providing eight continuing-care retirement communities and five Affordable Housing (subsidized housing) independent living communities in Texas.

The Langford College Station - sister company to Crestview Retirement Communities located in Bryan that has been serving seniors in the BCS area for 60 years - is seeking an individual to serve as a Senior Living Sales Counselor.

Specific job responsibilities include targeted outreach to individual prospects, general community outreach, planning and conducting marketing events, education of prospects regarding senior living options, careful follow-up with prospects, and detailed recordkeeping of sales activities. With outstanding training and support from MRC’s corporate marketing team, this position will also oversee move-ins, to ensure they occur seamlessly and provide the new resident with the best possible experience upon arrival at the Community.

Our preference for this role is a person who has previously demonstrated a track record of success in sales. Knowledge of the unique needs of seniors is a plus. Prior experience in the healthcare or senior living industries is helpful, but not required. Good computer skills and the ability to establish a rapport with others is key. Alignment with our mission is paramount.
