Cornerstone & Co of Texas LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Consultant to join our growing team in College Station, TX! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and wants to develop valuable skills in customer relations, sales, communication, and business development
. No prior experience is required — we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

• Build strong customer relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions
• Learn to identify customer needs and present solutions based on those needs
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction
• Meet individual and team sales goals and performance expectations
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development
• Work collaboratively with team members to support customer engagement and sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Develop communication, customer service, sales, and business development skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to the College Station, TX area
• No prior sales or customer service experience required — full training provided
