Location: College Station, TX 77845

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Security Officer to serve in a front desk / security reception role at a professional office environment.

This is a high-visibility position where the officer will remain stationed at the security desk, serving as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors. The role requires a strong balance of security awareness and customer service
, along with excellent communication and presentation.

Only candidates who demonstrate a polished, professional demeanor in appearance, communication, and conduct will be considered.

• Maintain a professional and attentive presence at the security/front desk
• Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor and control access to the building, including visitor check-in procedures
• Verify identification and issue visitor credentials as required
• Coordinate with tenants and staff regarding visitor access and deliveries
• Utilize systems such as Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet for communication and tracking
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control platforms
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and security concerns as needed
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and documentation
• Follow all site-specific procedures, post orders, and security protocols

• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must reside within 20 miles of ZIP code 77845
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency required
