Full and Part‑Time Security Officer positions are available at our College Station site. Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour. Full‑time and part‑time shifts are available, with weekend and holiday coverage required. Candidates must live in College Station (or be able to commute reliably to the location), have reliable transportation, be able to walk and stand for long periods, work in all weather conditions, maintain a professional demeanor, and be a team player.

• Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Gatehouse: Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control access to the property.
• Front Desk: Greet guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, provide customer service and access control, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages.

• Deterring criminal activity, protecting property, and enforcing rules.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position or via patrols.
• Checking credentials of vehicles and individuals arriving on the premises.
• Providing assistance and performing assigned tasks based on the position held.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to stand for up to eight hours, walk extensively, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with monitoring and surveillance.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Previous security experience not required but a plus.
• Valid state licensing if applicable.
