Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, professional Security Officer to join our teamat a premier professional office property.

This is an active security role designed for officers who enjoy staying engaged, working independently, and maintaining a strong presence throughout the property. The selected candidate will patrol the site using a company-provided golf cart, monitor daily activity, and respond to service needs.

The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management while representing the security team in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine mobile patrols throughout the property using a company-provided golf cart
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
• Monitor for safety hazards, security concerns, suspicious activity, and property issues
• Respond promptly to incidents, service requests, and operational concerns
  
  Assist with access control, visitor management, and site support as needed
• Build positive working relationships with tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
• Follow site procedures, post orders, and security protocols
• Communicate observations and important updates to site leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional security experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart throughout the shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the security team
• Ability to remain alert, active, and engaged throughout the workday
• Must live within approximately 20 miles of ZIP code 77845

Preferred Experience

Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

• Mobile patrol or rover security experience
• Security experience in commercial buildings, office environments, or mixed-use properties
• Experience providing customer-focused security services
