Job SummaryQuality Labor Management is seeking experienced Welders to join our team for a 3-4 month project. This is for a project on the Texas A&M campus for a commercial mechanical subcontractor. You will be welding Schedule 40 steel pipe (6-8 in dia.) 40+ hours per week

$34-$35 per hour
Qualifications- Certified Welder License
- 2+ years experience as a welder.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with various welding equipment and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working invarious environments.
- Certification or licensure as required by local, state, or national regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Select and set up welding equipment, including shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, andgas tungsten arc welding.
- Perform welding operations in various positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead).
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet specified standards and tolerances.
- Repair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and increase the size of metal parts.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
