- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in motorbike maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency with motorbike tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of motorbike mechanical systems and part replacement procedures.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certification from a recognized motorbike or automotive technical program.
- Experience working in a retail trade environment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and electronic motorbike systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on motorbikes to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Execute motorbike part replacements and repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair status and recommendations to customers and management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
