We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment, including both newer and legacy systems, and a solid understanding of both preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems including:

    • Chillers
    • Air Handling Units (AHUs)
    • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
    • DX/Refrigerant systems
    • Chilled Water/Hot Water (CHW/HHW) systems
    • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems
    • Split systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple HVAC unit types and manufacturers.
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to corrective maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
  • Accurately document service reports and communicate status updates with the team and client contacts.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in commercial or industrial HVAC service and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of a variety of HVAC systems, manufacturers, and system ages.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in customer‑facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Contractor License (preferred, but not required).
  • TDLR Certifcation
  • HVAC certifications (EPA Universal, NATE, etc.) are a plus.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a bonus.
