Conduct comprehensive maintenance services across a large, 900,000 square foot healthcare campus, encompassing various hospital and clinic facilities.;
Complete assigned work orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing available systems for tracking and documentation.;
Perform routine preventative maintenance across the facility to ensure the longevity and peak performance of all systems.;
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.;
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
