Our client, a leader in residential construction and outdoor living solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Installer
- Residential Construction to join their team. As a Lead Installer
- Residential Construction, you will be an integral part of the installation and construction process, supporting the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $55,000 - $60,000

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Manage all aspects of installation and construction from scheduling to project completion

+ Oversee documentation, planning, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations

+ Travel to other markets outside the local area as needed based on business requirements

+ Communicate professionally with customers, explaining processes, warranties, and product features

+ Ensure quality control standards are met and troubleshoot unforeseen issues during installations

** What's Needed?*
* + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

+

Experience with general carpentry, math calculations, and accurate measuring skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to operate a company pickup truck with a large cargo trailer

+ Strong communication skills with customers and team members, and willingness to travel for seasonal trade shows
