HVAC Service Technician; College Station​/Bryan​/Brenham

HVAC Service Technician (Bryan / College Station / Brenham Area). Join a Team That Values Skilled Technicians.

RDI Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our expanding customer base in the Bryan, College Station, and Brenham area.

We have established commercial clients throughout the region and are looking for a full-time technician who can provide exceptional service while representing RDI with professionalism. If you're an experienced technician who takes pride in solving problems, working independently, and building strong customer relationships, we'd like to talk with you.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and the RDI team.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the RDI brand.

We're looking for technicians with experience servicing commercial equipment such as:

• Cooling Towers
• Split Systems
• Package Units (RTUs)
• Air Handling Units
• Fan Coil Units

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a daily service schedule.
  
  EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
