We're seeking someone who:
- Loves hands-on outdoor work in any weather
- Takes deep pride in quality workmanship — obsessing over details for clean, precise, long-lasting results that exceed expectations
- Likes working with small machines/tools (line stripers, crack fillers, power washers, etc.)
- Is genuinely mechanically inclined — thrives on troubleshooting, routine maintenance, repairs, and keeping equipment running reliably
- Is flexible for varied shifts (nights, weekends, early mornings)
- Excels in professional client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
North America's leader in parking lot striping, pavement maintenance, and enhancements (line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, pothole repairs, etc). We deliver safe, attractive, durable surfaces with uncompromising quality and a team that owns every project.
What You'll Do:- Perform/supervise services like line striping, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, repairs — always prioritizing superior quality
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment (training provided)
- Plan sites, prep materials, execute to high standards
- Interact professionally with clients on-site
- Meet safety, quality, and deadline requirements
- Report progress/issues and train crew members
- Experience in pavement maintenance, line striping, asphalt, construction, or related hands-on work (preferred but not always required- we value attitude and willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required)
- Strong mechanical skills for tools/machinery
- Leadership and communication abilities
Flexible availability (evenings/weekends/overnight) - Detail-oriented, reliable, committed to top-quality work
