Role
Description:
This full-time, on-site Service Technician role is based in the College Station–Bryan Area. The Service Technician is responsible for performing exterior maintenance services, including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, parking lot striping, dryer vent cleaning, and concrete sealing in accordance with company standards and safety procedures. Day-to-day tasks include traveling to job sites, setting up and operating equipment, identifying maintenance needs, and documenting work performed.
The role involves communicating with customers on-site, addressing basic service questions, and ensuring a professional, courteous experience. The Service Technician will also assist with routine equipment checks, minor repairs, and collaboration with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong Maintenance & Repair skills, with the ability to perform routine exterior service tasks safely and effectively.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance to identify issues, resolve equipment or service problems, and ensure consistent quality.
- Experience in Field Service, including working at multiple customer locations and managing time and resources efficiently.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, address concerns, and represent the company positively.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, lift and carry equipment, and follow all safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn company processes and new service techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Prior experience in exterior cleaning, property maintenance, or a related trade is preferred but not required.
