Salary: $3,657.34 – $5,833.33 per month, commensurate with experience.

Serves on software development teams to create and support web‑based applications and performs entry‑level software development support functions. Assists as a developer of enterprise system applications and other software development projects.

• Assist clients and co‑workers to define application requirements and identify programming and output needs.
• Assist in and verify preliminary design and output, and recommend technical and procedural design for new or revised applications including flow charts, system specifications, programming guidelines, and code review.
• Assist in reviewing, modifying, and writing program code and job control language.
• Assist in writing documentation of system procedures and guidelines for application users as well as for programs and program modifications.
• Assist with testing of complex programs, program modifications, or applications.
• Answer questions and provide technical assistance and training to application users.
• Resolve problems by reviewing and analyzing software documentation and production outputs to identify causes, propose solutions, and make appropriate referrals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No experience required.

• Knowledge of web site development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of object‑oriented development (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, or PHP) applied in a web environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work occasional outside of normal office hours/weekends.
• Ability to multi‑task and work cooperatively with others.

• Experience with web site development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
