The General Laborer role is a hands‑on support position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This position focuses on general janitorial duties, disposal of excess packaging materials, and organizing or moving product within the warehouse as needed.

Warehouse Cleaning & Facility Support

• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and work areas.
• Clean up spills, debris, and messes to maintain a safe work environment.
• Dispose of trash, cardboard, and excess packaging materials.
• Move, reposition, and organize product within the warehouse as directed.
• Keep work areas, storage locations, and walkways clean and unobstructed.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
• Report safety concerns or facility issues to warehouse leadership.

• Assist with special projects or additional warehouse tasks as needed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.

Education/

Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior warehouse, janitorial, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Skills & Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions and complete routine tasks reliably is required. This person must be reliable, punctual, and dependable and possess basic attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

The work environment consists of an indoor warehouse. Noise level is moderate to occasionally loud.

This position frequently requires the employee to stand, sit, lift, and walk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk/hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10–15 lbs. and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
