Job Description Position Schedule / ShiftService center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday,8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments will depend on the position.
Position SummaryAs an Assistant Manager,you’llsupport the Facility Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the automotive repair facility. This roleis responsible for helping drive operational performance, supporting team development, managing workflow, and ensuringa high levelof customer service. The Assistant Manager helpsmonitorkey business metrics,assist with employee coaching and development, and provide leadership and operational support to ensure efficient shop operations and a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily shop operations, including financial performance, expenses, inventory, and workflow.
Monitor business results and help drive productivity, revenue, and profitability goals.
Supervise and coach Service Advisors and other team members to meet performance and customer service expectations.
Partner with the Facility Manager on employee development, performance management, and policy compliance.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promote safety compliance and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
Help ensure the location meets operational, customer service, and business objectives.
Partner with the Facility Manager to drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, volume, revenue, gross profit, and overall business performance.
Required
High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification required
Valid driver's license required.
At least 1 year of experience working with automotive or truck systems.
Ability to analyze financial and operational data,identify opportunities and risks, and make sound business decisions.
Proven leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, business partners, and leadership.
Results-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and challenging situations.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous supervisory or management and/or project management experience.
Customer service and sales experience.
This position involves sitting, standing, walking,and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying typical office equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight).
Frequent standing and walking.
Normal or corrected hearing to the level of ability to receive detailed information orally and to accurately understand normal conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
Assistant Facility Managers will earn a competitive annual salary of $55,000 - $70,000withmonthlybonus potential based on performance.

Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
Paid Holidays:
Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day,
