Responsible for assisting customers with full valet parking services. Monitors parking areas for security infractions and safety violations. Supports the Safety and Security Department in enforcing organizational rules and policies. Ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Coordinates efficient vehicle flow and customer service operations.

Responsible for assisting customers with full valet parking services. Monitors parking areas for security infractions and safety violations. Supports the Safety and Security Department in enforcing organizational rules and policies. Ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Coordinates efficient vehicle flow and customer service operations.

• Operates all types and sizes of non-CDL vehicles, including shuttle vehicles.
• Greets customers at entrance areas and parks vehicles in designated locations.
• Assists customers with removal of personal devices from vehicles, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and oxygen.
• Monitors parking and external campus areas, reporting unusual situations to Security Officers and assisting with incidents as appropriate.
• Safeguards and appropriately places customers' keys.
• Performs all aspects of valet service, including shuttle, main desk, the hut, the circle, and valet operations.
• Assists with Operation Snowflake as needed.
• Completes approved driving courses and tests annually and as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent experience

2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Valid Driver's license
