Consumer Lending Account Support Officer , II, III

Job Responsibilities

• Process credit bureau disputes and related functions on consumer loans, credit cards, and real estate accounts
• Handle identity theft matters associated with member and non-member accounts
• Process member requests to invoke the Service Member Civil Relief Act
• Review and take subsequent actions associated with non-amortizing, paid ahead, substandard, and board reports
• Process requests for suspensions and discontinuances of member services
• Process loan extensions and modifications for consumer, credit card, and real estate loans
• Prepare department reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration
• Two years of experience with a financial institution or equivalent organization, with similar complex duties and responsibilities may substitute for education
• Ability to efficiently administer varied assignments related to the duties and responsibilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proven acceptable performance standards for progression among Officer I, II, and III levels
• Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure

Demonstrates expertise in processing credit bureau disputes, handling identity theft matters, and managing loan modifications and extensions. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for effectively administering varied assignments in a financial institution.
