Flagship Communities in Alaska is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a manufactured home community. You will perform painting, remodeling, basic plumbing and electrical work, as well as landscaping, ensuring safe, high-quality living spaces for residents.
The ideal candidate can work autonomously, follow health and safety guidelines, and contribute to preventive maintenance. A high school diploma is required; CMRP certification is desirable.
