Position Overview

We are a growing local manufacturing company seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Process customer requests and assist with order-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records and complete data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to support daily operations.
• Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Previous customer service or office experience is preferred but not required.
