Exempt, 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Hybrid with a minimum of three days on‑site per week.

Salaried, grade 4, 6, 8 or 10: $59,600 – $105,900 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

McKee Foods is seeking a Learning Experience and Design Specialist to join our Corporate Learning and Development team. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and delivering high‑impact content for enterprise learning programs, while promoting a professional and supportive learning environment.

• Program Design & Content Maintenance – Apply instructional design methodologies to architect, build, and continuously refine learning curriculum; develop learning assets across workshops, e‑learning modules, and blended learning environments; maintain a rigorous quality standard aligned with corporate governance and strategic goals.
• Facilitation & Delivery – Deliver engaging training sessions for in‑person and virtual audiences; establish respectful learning environments that encourage dialogue, feedback, and growth; represent HR & L&D to leaders and executive management.
• Evaluation & Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify capabilities and skill gaps; implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure training efficacy; use data to drive continuous program enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a professional, polished presentation style.
• Proven ability to interact confidently across all tiers of an organization, from front‑line staff to executive management.
• Strong project management skills with precision in structural and content detail.
• Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (MBA).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate instructional design and professional classroom facilitation.
• Experience designing and executing leadership development or management readiness programs.
• Advanced proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems.
• Experience managing educational technologies, multimedia production, and video editing for corporate training.
