Pay:
Salaried grade 5, 6 or 7 $ 64,077- $84,027 year, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus 8% Shift Premium for time worked on 3rd Shift. Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance. This position is part of a career ladder that includes grades 5-7, indicating potential for advancement.

-Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (additional days and times as needed)

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor or Supervisor Trainee to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe work environment

• Good decision making and problem solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
• Working knowledge of Workday, Kronos and MAXIMO, Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
• Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing experience
