Site Supervisor - Legal Office (Downtown Miami) - $23/hr - Contract-to-Hire
People Share is hiring a Site Supervisor to support legal office services for a premier professional services organization in Downtown Miami, FL. This role oversees a small on-site team (1-3 people), ensures operational excellence, and delivers high-quality, confidential document services in a fast-paced legal environment.
Pay: $23.00/hour (weekly pay!)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Full-time, contract with contract-to-hire eligibility
Location:
Downtown Miami, FL (parking validated)
Dress Code:
Business Casual (no jeans, T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for a small on-site team within a legal office environment
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact; handle daily client interactions professionally
- Manage sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain service quality and meet deadlines using structured job scheduling practices
- Train staff on workflow, procedures, and machine operations as needed
- Oversee timekeeping and ensure payroll accuracy (time clock punches)
- Support inventory, supplies, and cost control to achieve shift profitability
- Post and track productivity, quality, and deadline metrics; complete site reports and month-end summaries
- Assist with basic financial oversight (e.g., reviewing monthly reporting, understanding P&L impacts)
- Facilitate issue resolution related to pricing, orders, and invoicing in partnership with leadership/sales
- Maintain compliance with audits and contract standards; run shifts or the site solo as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required (additional education a plus)
- 2+ years of related experience (legal industry experience strongly preferred)
- Experience delivering training (classroom and/or informal)
- Proficiency with advanced office equipment and complex document jobs
- Strong organizational skills; able to set goals, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including with executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with legal office workflows is helpful (e.g., closing binders, depositions, court filings, chargeback concepts)
- Knowledge of chargeback tools (e.g., Copitrak/Equitrak) is a plus
- Professional office setting (standard lighting/temperature)
- No extensive lifting/standing/walking required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed (assistance provided for anything heavier)
