We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to own client relationships and manage exhibit and event projects from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and project details to ensure successful execution.
What You’ll Do- Act as primary contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage exhibit and event projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and labor
- Manage client orders for materials, graphics, services, and fulfillment
- Prepare shipping plans, install specs, and pickup documentation
- Create and review client invoices for accuracy
- Maintain accurate project, client, and billing records
- Identify risks, solve problems, and improve processes
- 4+ years exhibit, event, or tradeshow account management experience
- Experience with invoicing/billing in a project-based environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
- In-person role based in Collegeville, PA
- Collaborative team environment with production and warehouse partners
