Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys - Up to $19.80/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers on phone and in-store; engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, communicate processes and timelines, and upsell parts and services.;
Manage work orders and register transactions; perform thorough vehicle inspections, and maintain parts knowledge.;
Follow policies on cash handling, refunds, and returns; address customer complaints and opportunities with management.;
Conduct routine express automotive services, including tire mounting, balancing, rotations, oil changes, battery testing, and inspections.;
Maintain a safe, clean shop and assist in opening/closing duties as assigned.
