Environmental Engineer — NPDES​/PCSM Outreach

Montgomery County (PA) is seeking an Environmental Specialist to administer Title 25 of the Clean Streams Law involving earthmoving activities. Responsibilities include reviewing NPDES permit applications and conducting environmental education. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a Professional Engineers license in Pennsylvania, and at least three years of relevant experience. Other qualifications include proficiency in hydrologic concepts and strong organizational skills.

The position requires effective public communication and the ability to traverse large tracts of land.
