Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently;
Balances cash drawers, ATMs, Teller Cash Dispensers and Teller Cash Recyclers with a high level of accuracy;
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures;
Engages in lobby leadership by guiding customer flow and warmly welcoming customers;
Trains and acts as a mentor to new Tellers
