Job Description

Join a high‑energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and utilize your expertise in home‑lending products to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting the financial products offered by Chase.

• Coach and mentor the branch team by training them on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross‑sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, , electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Act as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JP Morgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pre‑trial diversions or program entries.

The position also requires compliance with the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Compliance is required upon active employment, including registration or updating existing registration to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase.
