Overview
A proactive, organized Practice Manager is needed to support a multi-location medical practice. This role requires independence, initiative, assertiveness, and strong communication skills. The manager will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations, excellent patient care, and adherence to practice standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple office locations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
Set staff priorities and coordinate administrative and clinical teams.
Refine and enforce policies and procedures to support compliance and patient experience.
Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff across all departments.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive workplace culture and address conflicts professionally.
Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
Business Operations & Growth
Identify cost-saving measures and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
Support marketing efforts, including social media, community outreach, and referral partnerships.
Assist with planning practice initiatives and team-building events.
Enforce HR policies and support benefits administration and HR compliance.
Uphold high standards for phone communication and customer service.
Lead office morale initiatives.
Participate in social media efforts and community outreach.
Qualifications
2+ years of medical office or healthcare practice management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with performance improvement and staff accountability.
Proficiency with EMR systems, practice management software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
