About the job LIMS Support Engineer Life SciencesLIMS Support Engineer Life Sciences needs 7+ years of experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Responsibilities- Life science laboratory experience.
- Worked in a Microsoft environment building or imaging PCs.
- Installation or upgrade hardware.
- Dealing with tickets.
- Experience in Laboratory working with scientist on their requirements, including PCs, troubleshooting, vendor support activities.
- Sound technical knowledge on various hardware and software issue.
- 7+ years of experience in LIMS or related Laboratory Information Management System environment.
- Life science laboratory experience.
- Experience in a Microsoft environment with PC imaging or building.
- Experience with hardware installation or upgrades and ticket handling.
- Ability to work with scientists to understand requirements, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate vendor support.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software issues.
