The Director, MED Product Group Lead, Medical Evidence Generation leads the digital Medical/Regulatory/Safety team responsible for all product/technologies/solutions that enable and support the business processes for real‑world data (RWD) capabilities and integrated evidence generation (IEG) (ex:

IEP/RWE/EPI). As part of the R&D Creation Center’s Medical/Regulatory/Safety Digital LT this role is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing product management, and driving AI‑powered innovation for Pfizer’s Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) and RWD and analytics platforms and systems. You will guide a global team delivering scalable, intelligent, patient‑centric and GxP compliant solutions which ensure the MED business can enable a strategic, cross‑functional approach to planning and producing evidence across the entire drug development lifecycle.

As a senior leader, you will shape the strategy for MEG platforms, products and systems, integrating advanced technologies such as generative AI, real‑time data pipelines, and predictive analytics to move from separate, siloed evidence plans for clinical, regulatory, market access, and medical affairs. IEG consolidates these into a unified framework that addresses the needs of all stakeholders—regulators, payers, clinicians, and patients—early and holistically.

In collaboration with Digital and MED business peers, you will deliver technical services—including architecture, quality, analytics, and data management—to design, build, and implement innovative, cost‑effective, and sustainable solutions which both delight and exceed business expectations. This leader is accountable for a team supporting a quickly evolving and maturing business, and evolving project and enhancement delivery for a small yet quickly evolving portfolio of systems including IEP‑Avira, KIMS, RISE and other AI technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of digital product managers focused on medical evidence and RWD initiatives
• Define and own the vision and strategy for digital capabilities that enable Integrated Evidence Generation (IEG) at Pfizer, emphasizing a data‑ and product‑centric model that supports Pfizer’s IEG strategy through cutting‑edge digital technologies.
• Anticipate technology trends, prioritizing investments in AI and automation that enable scalable, efficient acceleration and delivery of innovation to the MED business specifically RWD generation and cross‑functional approach to IEG.
• Collaborate across Digital and business areas to architect and scale innovations that strengthen Pfizer’s RWE generation and IEG strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Establish, mature, and govern a strategic product and digital operating model, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and continuous evolution to meet business needs.
