• Role:
  Technology Lead - Open Text xECM
• Primary responsibilities involve upgrading Open Text (version 9 to version 16) to enable easy collaboration and content management oversight for client teams, and to enhance user productivity by integrating information flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a Global delivery environment to implement and support Enterprise Content Management solutions using Open Text Content Server and related components.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder team environment and in a global delivery setting.

• Main Technical Skill:
  Open Text ECM
• Exposure to Content Server (Live Link) and Open Text Archive Server 10.5/16 versions
• Extensive experience in Content Server customizations (using Content Server Web Services)
• Data migration experience from other source systems to Open Text platform using migration tools (Info Fusion OTIC, Open Text Object Importer, FME Migration Center, etc.)
• Exposure to Open Text product version upgrades (9.x to 10.x/16)
• Added advantage if aware of other Open Text products such as Enterprise Scan 16, Enterprise Library 16, Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions 16, Employee File Management 16, Extended ECM for SAP Solutions 16, Rendition Server 16, Windows Viewer 16 and Web Viewer 16
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
