Role Summary

The U.S. Vaccines business unit is a critical strategic pillar of Pfizer’s commercial portfolio, representing the largest collective impact on population health and a substantial contribution to enterprise revenues and earnings. Our vaccines protect millions of lives every year across every stage of life. ABRYSVO, our Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccine, is a key part of Pfizer’s strategy for 2030 and beyond, with indications for pregnant individuals, seniors and high‑risk adults.

In this role as Senior Director, U.S. ABRYSVO Adult Team Lead, you will develop and execute the HCP strategy and tactics for ABRYSVO Adult indications, coordinate across Consumer, Retail and Organized Customer channels, and lead a team of 3–4 talented marketing colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Own HCP strategy and segmentation, establish a competitive message platform, and execute impactful HCP campaigns.
  • Drive the U.S. HCP competitive and lifecycle strategy and execution, providing timely and thoughtful inputs into global, regulatory, and commercial development strategies.
  • Ensure optimal sales execution through clear actions and materials grounded in market realities and brand strategy.
  • Lead an innovative omnichannel strategy based on customer behavior and segmentation, GenAI‑enabled content generation, and targeted messaging.
  • Prepare for and ensure a flawless launch of revaccination strategies for future U.S. recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Global, CSI, IIS, MR, and other CMO functions to translate insights into actions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Measure and manage the impact of HCP marketing initiatives, generating key learnings and driving continuous ROI improvement while achieving brand objectives.
  • Partner with media, CRM, MEL, data science, and sales enablement teams to integrate innovative marketing capabilities and pull through brand strategy and insights.
  • Serve as a CFC point of contact, drive customer engagement opportunities, and design Congress and Speaker strategies.
  • Lead brand planning and execution for key sales meetings including POA, launch, product/label training, and medical education sessions.
  • Manage Publicis (AOR) relationship, including performance and budget management.
Additional Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of 3–4 direct reports, coaching for performance, innovation, and career growth.
  • Actively contribute to overall strategy, performance, and culture as a member of the U.S. ABRYSVO leadership team.
  • Develop compelling messages and materials, and drive appropriate MLR approvals to strengthen brand differentiation.
  • Coordinate channel partners in Retail, Organized Customer, and Consumer to ensure an integrated strategic, operational, and tactical plan for ABRYSVO Adult, realizing synergistic opportunities with the Maternal indication.
  • Lead development and implementation of annual tactical plans to drive short‑ and long‑term HCP strategy based on key customer insights.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Analytics on the design and implementation of HCP market research to gain customer insights.
  • Partner with media, CRM, MEL, data science, and sales enablement teams to ensure innovative marketing capabilities integration.
  • Design and pull through Congress and Speaker strategy for the brand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years, Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD/Pharm

    D with 7+ years of sales and/or marketing pharmaceutical experience, including large U.S. brand team exposure; management experience required.
