$18.00/hr + $100 On-Call Week Stipend

Monday – Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Up to 40 hours/week)

• Financial Stability: Guaranteed full‑time hours within a fixed Monday–Friday window with hours anywhere between 7am-7pm
• Travel Compensation: Paid at your full hourly base rate (up to 90 minutes) for travel between clients.
• On-Call Premium: Earn an additional $100 for each required monthly on‑call week rotation.

As a caregiver, you will act as a foundational pillar for our care team:

• Flex Coverage: Rapidly deploy to cover open shifts or initiate care with new clients across our service area to guarantee a flawless start of care.
• Mentorship & Training: Provide on‑site coaching, support, and relationship‑building visits to our care staff.
• Care Plan Management: Observe clients for changes in condition, communicate updates to the Client Care Coordinator, and brief caregivers before they start a new case.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate care notes, ADLs, and employee feedback logs within Axis Care in strict compliance with HIPAA laws.

• Active Pennsylvania CNA License is preferred
• 4+ years of professional caregiving experience (Home Health Aide or equivalent).
• Previous healthcare management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable auto insurance, and willingness to drive clients within our service area.
• Complete availability for a 7-day on‑call rotation at least once per month.
• Willingness to provide or obtain a CPR Certification and a TB Test Result
