- Manage the end-to-end engineering documentation lifecycle, ensuring artifacts are produced, reviewed, approved, and properly retained.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with contributors and stakeholders to drive draft documentation forward and secure timely approvals.
- Provide technical writing expertise during document reviews to identify, flag, and resolve potential quality or compliance issues.
- Maintain documentation repositories and version control practices to ensure continuous audit readiness and full traceability.
- Support internal risk and issue management policies by tracking and following up on overdue records.
- Oversee document routing, uploading, administrative finalization, and sign-off coordination.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field
- 1+ years of experience in technical writing, document control, or quality assurance within the Biotech, Pharma, or Life Sciences industry
