Our client, a leader in the scientific and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Quality department supporting documentation management and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Collegeville, PA (Onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2
- Assist in managing the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate review, approval, and retention of required artifacts.
- Support documentation review processes from a technical writing perspective, identifying and flagging potential issues.
- Maintain documentation repositories and enforce version control practices to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
- Support adherence to internal policies related to risk and issue management, providing regular status updates and follow-up on outstanding records.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline or related field.
- 3-5 years experience with Quality Assurance and Compliance, documentation, CAPA ect in pharma manufacturing
- Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with documentation management and version control practices
- Familiar with LIMS, Track Wise, SAP, ect
- Ability to support technical review processes and identify potential issues.
- Knowledge of quality processes and compliance standards within a scientific or cGMP environment.
