We’re hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians who can run calls, solve problems, and close work without hand holding. This is not an entry-level role; you’re expected to diagnose, communicate, and execute independently in the field.

• $26–$39/hour based on performance, execution, and consistency

• Run residential service calls independently — diagnose, repair, and close
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Make field decisions without constant direction
• Complete work cleanly, efficiently, and to code
• Maintain your truck, tools, and standards

• 2–6 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair systems without guesswork
• Clear, direct communication with customers and team members
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently and stay productive under pressure

This is field work. Long days, ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, heavy equipment, and weather exposure are part of the job. You’ll carry tools and materials, lift 50+ lbs, stay on your feet, and continue performing when conditions are hot, cold, wet, tight, or uncomfortable.
