Overview
We're looking for reliable individuals with a good work ethic to join the Allied Wire & Cable warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Team Lead at our Collegeville, PA facility!
As a Team Lead, you will work closely with leadership to drive production, ensure we meet daily goals, provide feedback and training, create and present production reports, and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

Hours: 2:00PM to 10:30PM M-F
Pay Rate: negotiable based on experience

- Facilitate and drive production and keep the team productive, ensure machines are working properly and address any issues, and move materials to machines
- Work with management to complete machinery and performance tracking, train new hires, and provide support for employees as needed
- Consistently move around the warehouse to ensure departments have what they need and maintain communication across departments
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and errors, providing feedback to management to help identify areas for team improvement
- Utilize Red Zone to view and manage productivity, OEE, and updates
- Compile and share daily and weekly summaries of department status using Red Zone and Rubicon
- Lead daily huddles to set and prioritize goals and safety
- Assist with other department duties as directed
- High school education or GED equivalent
- Forklift experience / experience using manufacturing machinery required
- At least 1 year of warehouse team lead experience required
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Rubicon, etc.) required
- RF scan gun experience preferred
- Ability to read a variety of communications, work tickets, packing slips, emails, memos and follow directions as written
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Basic math and computer skills
