Client scattered Services Manager (Business Law Firm)
Full‑time position located in Colleyville, TX. Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000 + bonus eligibility.
Vickers Kempf is a respected business law firm operating for 26 years, primarily serving North Texas while handling client matters nationwide.
The Position-panel Seeking a Client Services Manager with exceptional client communication, mature judgment, and ownership mindset. Legal experience is valuable but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as first point of contact for prospective clients; answer inbound calls/emails promptly and professionally.
- Communicate the firm’s value and approach to prospective clients.
- Gather initial matter information with discretion, identify urgency, and route appropriately.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up to ensure client concerns are addressed.
- Provide a professional and reassuring experience, especially for clients under stress. ماشوم
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations: workflow coordination, supplies, vendors, facilities, and internal processes.
- Maintain calendars, scheduling systems, and office coordination so the practice runs smoothly.
- Maintain and organize records, intake notes, and task tracking.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance client services and internal efficiency.
- Provide administrative/project support to attorneys (document assembly, formatting, file , coordination).
- Assist attorneys in court when necessary with files and exhibits.
- Help keep matters moving by ensuring the right materials are prepared and available on time.
- Prospective clients feel heard, respected, and informed.
- Follow‑ups are reliable and proactive; communication is clear and timely.
- The office runs predictably, allowing attorneys to focus on legal work.
- Processes become more consistent, organized, and efficient over time.
- Exceptional client‑facing communication skills (phone, email, in‑person).
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Highly organized; can manage multiple priorities and close loops without reminders.
- Ownership mindset: you see what needs to be done and you do it.
- (Preferred) College degree or equivalent experience. ഉറ
- (Preferred) Prior experience as office manager, client services manager, intake coordinator, executive assistant, hospitality manager, real estate office manager, or similar.
- (Preferred) Experience improving processes and maintaining operational consistency in a professional environment.
- Starting base salary based on qualifications: minimum $60,000/year. Step up to $100,000/year or more for a solid contributor.
- Standard business hours Monday–Friday on site; flexibility discussed during interview.
